Claims and complaints arising regarding services rendered by the company are satisfied according to the following Appendix 9 of Charter 8/03 “Publication of data by banks, credit organizations, insurance brokers, investment organizations, the Central Depository and payment and settlement organizations, engaged in money transfers”, which was ratified on June 2, 2009 by the decision N 166-Ն of the Central Bank Board, and Appendix 2 to the Central Bank Board’s decision N 225-Ն of July 28, 2009.
